Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason we would be happy to exchange your order for an item of equal or lesser value, or provide you with a full refund. Returned items must be in original condition and unworn and be returned withing seven (7) calendar days.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to see your refund credited to your original payment method account. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and processed.
Return shipping costs will be credited for exchanges only.
To return an item please email email@example.com with the following subject line "Return - Order Number# 1xxx" Please detail in the email items being returned from the order, along with reason(s) for return, and send it back within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to deny all returns postmarked/submitted after 7 calendar days of order delivery date.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier and get a tracking number to track your package's return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost returns. The postmark date must be clearly visible on the return packaging.
