How do I track the status of my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if for some reason you have not received your shipment confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders ship within 7-12 business days. We currently offer standard shipping - Delivery within 2-7 business days from the actual shipment date. If you need faster shipping please contact us and will expedite your order for a small upcharge.
When will I be charged for my order?
All orders are charged at time of purchase.
How can I make a change to an already placed order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Once we beginning making your order (which is usually within 1 day), we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
